asus prime h510m-d
i7 11700K
RAM 16GB X2 32GB G.skill tridentz neo
no GPU no Gaming

need help suddenly PC OFF

google chrome multi task then suddenly PC turn off totally shut down
need press turn ON PC then again open google chrome then also again suddenly PC turn off totally shut down

i have tested software prime95 for processor test and RAM Test never had PC OFF too

what problem for Windows 10 for google Chrome

to many 20x times PC off sad.gif

Please help how to solve

i did go PC Shop i already show he told me don't know what problem
unable to found
he tested RAM AND PROCESSOR Test Stress 4hours never had problem sad.gif

i checked windows 10 event error

I think before that like others said try the restore to previous good state or reinstall the whole windows. If still fail then definitely some hardware issue.

just changed new Motherboard and PSU

no more PC OFF

google chrome multitask never shut off PC

daam

now i have motherboard asus prime h510m-d i wanted send RMA

new motherboard is asus prime Z590-A
new PSU Corsair HX750i

no more problem

i doubt asus prime h510m-d failure so have to send RMA lol
