Tudor movement is made by Kenissi.

It is not in-house. Definitely not Rolex movement.

Not this time though. Rolex is very vertically integrated and don’t need another movement maker. The only reason why they use Kenissi is because of costs.

They priced Tudor as cheap watches and needed a cheap Swiss movement that is not as common as Selita, Valjoux or ETA. Vaucher and Concepto are too expensive. So that leaves Kenissi as the cheap ETA alternative.

A little know fact is that Tudor watches sent in for servicing are not serviced per se. They will just replace the movement as it is cheaper to do so.
