why do you think ppl buy airasia x in the first place ?
if they are rich, most probably buy TQ,SQ,MH etc etc d (actually, this airlines also sometimes cheaper than shit AAX, but ppl dont see it only - better consumer protection somemore)

but they are not, saved up penny by penny for a nice holiday overseas

now pandemic, your flight cancelled, hilang gaji or else kena potong - they also hope they can get back at least half .. but no, tony with smiling face, say thank you for your understanding and give you back myr 1 (for your myr 2k flight tickets to sapporo which got cancelled)

if poor one how ?
if lose job or gaji hilang
but you still need to bayar hutang and commitment how ?? tell your those you hutang/bank you under going AAX restructure and can only pay back 0.5% for every myr 1000 ?
