Can you all calm down? Airbus lost multi-billion dollar contract didn't see them complain. Banks, lessors, caterers only get back 0.5% also didnt complain. They all agreed to 0.5%. You get godzilla to tell them to pay up they also kenot pay la, no money how to pay? Be reasonable abit. If cannot restructure how to pay you back? They already promise to pay back if they can revive. See below, very generous, very responsible.

Even if they don't pay back, the money is better used to help AAX revive. Pls think long term. If no AAX how to fly to long distant country? By then you have to pay twice because no low cost flight, lose more money in the long run. Help AAX, you help yourself. Don't so calculative la. After all, even shareholders didn't get dividend but also no complain. We should also thank shareholder sacrifice for supporting AAX and support low cost flight.

Do read the fine print when u guy their tickets because I'm sure it states that refunds will be given back via credits. My wife works in retail industry and its their practice to never give money back to their customers.

They sold a product and are unable to deliver.

The T&C dictates that the vendor provides a full refund.

Now they propose 0.5% immediate refund and some indeterminate amount over the next 4 years conditional upon the profitability of the company.

The customers are not shareholders and do not have any control over the company's profits. This is where it is unfair.

Luckily ayam did not buy any ticket with them. To those who have, you have my sympathies.

Banks, lessors, caterers all got billions and millions in their account.. AAX Passengers only got enough amount in account for daily necessity. If they dont get the refund, they need a few months to years to save some percentage of their income to buy another tickets..
