But why Pepperstone from Seychelles is called good broker while TFXI from Seychelles is called scam?

maybe MAS just had to put TFXI in Alert list bcos the operators is not in Spore thus Spore police cannot do anything except just put in Alert list?

looks like pepperstone has different entities and each of them has different license?
thus, depending on which entity, one is looking at, their license will be different.
that is what it looks like to me.

I did also invest with Pepperstone, their withdrawal also goes through some random name Sdn Bhd company to deposit into my Maybank account. How do you explain that?
