Any scam or cheat or pecah amanah basically reallocate wealth from MANY victims who are mostly not T20 to make FEW person into T20. It's never fair and make the society worse off in general. The law (and education) is always doing catch-up or never bite until it's too late.

This is why we need to continue educating and spreading the facts to make people wake up to the realities. It's sad that many victims need to restart their finances again. We need to stop the continual funding ... once deposits dry up substantially, then this scheme will die out. Then our focus is to be on the lookout for the next scam ...
