1. 10million (pop up 1:1 buyback) is not purchased from TEX Exchange
2. After the pop up 1:1 buyback TEX Exchange will stop for around 1 hour (to Update both systems - Traders Room & TEX Exchange)
3. Investor (38,556 accounts) who successfully transacted, their Traders Room & TEX Exchange will be updated with the new Balance of TFX Token Balance and USDT Balance (Investor will receive USDT from TFX)
4. TFX will transfer 10million TFX Token from second largest holder 0xc2bf5971acdb3e63015cc98933d95f8fc2f1d1f2 …. To TFX reserve wallet 0x21865c448c8dcEc39FDCA9572cfEc87CE2E84B84
5. Once the reserve wallet reaches the limit of 50,000,000 TFX, coin burn will be initiated.

What is the relationship of this event with real money or USDT?
TFX is paying 10million to investors (38,556 accounts) in USDT. The investor can convert USDT to real Money (FIAT).

What I Don’t understand

1. Is 10 million (pop up 1:1 buyback) actually 100% executed and 38,556 accounts is being updated on their USDT balance?
2. Does the company has 10 billion asset to peg with 10 billion tfx coin? If they only has 1billion then the actual value of the coins is only 10 cents instead of 1 dollar
3. Top 3 token holders of TFX holds 99% of total TFX Coins

10m USDT buy using USD fiat money from their so call profit/accumulated investor fund.

TFX created a coin that says peg 1:1 with USDT and 1 USDT : 1 USD

So lets say they pay out/return 250m coin per month to investor, means their USD fiat money investor fund will also lose 250m USD per month, that why need the burning process to burn those 250m coin they created from their system so the book will stay balance/tally 1 coin : 1 USD.

If like previous payout using fiat/USDT the book will balance by itself either by bank account/transaction or burning handle by USDT.

why not 1:1 when their money is in bank?
why only REFUND 10 mil/day?
why force people to play lucky draw if they want their money to be REFUNDED?
why only get 5-7% filled order if lucky draw is successful?

if you want rm100 from your bank, does your bank ask you play lucky draw every 2pm, then only give you rm10 if you are successful (left rm90 in bank). then ask you try again? what sohai company is this? and if your lucky draw didn't happen, then you can get back 22 instead of 100, consider the deal is completed and you have no more fund in the bank. bank gets to pocket rm78 from you.
