since you asked me, well, in short,....
it is your money,
you are ready to lose it,
the red flags had been much talked in roughly 75% of this thread, thus
if you don't mind the possibility that it could burst the next day after you put your money in and
does not mind that you have no recourse of laws in malaysia to resolve it.,....

then go ahead full force lor  bruce.gif  bruce.gif

know the different between
an investment that can belly up over night without notice and there is no recourse of law in malaysia to get it back if it burst.

money game, shares in Bursa, forex trading thru regulated entities in malaysia or crypto investment through regulated entities in malaysia ....
there is a logical different for where to place money can afford to lose in

well, i guess it is decision that based on too much human feeling that can probably got them scammed too....feeling like, what those anti mention is NOT true, feeling like this time this money game is not like others, feeling like, they are always like that so pessimistic and discouraging etc etc.

btw, the "capital retention" seem like just another nice word for "CHICKENed" out later to withdraw it out....with the excuse like "protecting' the capital".

Wah... you are still in this 'if you can afford to lose the money now, you can afford to lose it forever'... but I salute the people here that are still willing to educate you on this.. I have given up..

Not judging, but I'm assuming you can't own a business, because you don't take dividend..

On another note, curious to know... have you ever bought and sold stocks before?

P.S. I'm not a supporter of TFXi, just an investor in different sorts of channels..

a business and a money games are not the same.

when you invest in a money games ,...your money can go missing tomorrow too. thus if you had committed that money and sure that money is money you can afford to lose,...then commit it lah.
unless the money is not really can afford to lose but more to " i think i can afford to lose"  for that "i think i can afford to lose" is can be "chickened "out later under an excuse of different terms like Capital retention or capital preservation.

would you invest in a business that you know has the possibility to belly up tomorrow?
a dividend, if they did not gives is also ok,...if they "gives" just take,... and for UT, many had those dividend "reinvested" too.
btw, some does not like dividend as they said taxes will be imposed before you received that dividend.
they prefer not paying those additional tax.

Well, when you invest in a business or stock, its a possibility it will belly up immediately.. Definition of immediate is subjective

Serba Dinamik plunges as much as 65.71% to new record low ...https://www.theedgemarkets.com › article › serba-dina...
9 May 2022 — Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd plunged as much as 23 sen or 65.71% to a new record low of 12 sen after resuming trading on Monday (May 9).

Hmmm, funny how you answered your own question.. Some will reinvest, some will take.. so you are implying there is nothing wrong about the 'some will take' in TFXI or anything sort of investment.. If Vesbolt pays out 40% this month, I will take 40% from my capital too to reduce my risk... Sincerely hope you understand this...

Don't think shareholder's dividend is taxable in Malaysia since we adopt a single-tier tax system in this case. Do check your sources' reliability.

P.S. I'm not a supporter of TFXI or money game..

single tier system, the company that gives out dividend not need to pay tax before giving it to you?
the receiver may not have to pay tax but taxes will definitely have to be paid by someone/somewhere before the receiver received that dividend

Money games is can burst next day (you got no decision making choices to determine that rate of fall),.....
stock when it goes down,...you can have the choice to sell or continue to hold (if it falls you had made that unlucky choice/ if it rebound you made a lucky choice to hold) that is the main different between stock in Bursa and Money games...whether you got a choice to make decision or not.

vesbolt or TFXI are still the same...can belly up tomorrow with recourse of law in malaysia to try to resolve it

btw,...on this "If Vesbolt pays out 40% this month, I will take 40% from my capital too to reduce my risk... Sincerely hope you understand this..."

i would prefer it to be Profit preservation/retention and not capital preservation/retention

you take profits,...not take out just capital
if you invested with a capital of USD 10k....and your accounts grew to USD 50k (profit)
you take USD 40k of the table....not just take the Capital (10k USD) off the table
just leave the "can afford to lose money of 10k USD inside.

if you just take back the USD 10k capital for capital rention/preservation....then you are still having 40k USD inside it....
that is 30K USD more (300%) than your can afford to lose money

What......... your salary is also being taxed lo.. then don't take your salary????? Funny la you... I'm totally totally *......mind..... blown....*

Yea, it can go down... but if it doesnt go down, we cannot take the money??? Cos you told us to dont take the money..

10k is capital... 40k is profit.. 50k is total.. take out 10k from the 10k's capital, or the 40k's profit.. The balance is still 40k... doesn't matter which 10k... =.=

30k or 300k or 3k... it's still profit.. your profit appetite and others may be different.. Different people will different plans for their money dude...

Okay la... Okay okay you win.. you sounding more and more absurd.. don't want to go to that level with you.. as long as you are happy... But if you are happy, don't make others sad..

P.S. I'm not a supporter of TFXI

As a neutral of TFXI as I have stated many times (even being labelled as supporter when I have proved from my previous post that I am not, eventhough I'm not obliged to do so)....

What I can say is.. take this as calculated-risk investment with calculated reward, or lost. If you don't have the appetite for it, walk away..

When TopGlove was shooting up like no tomorrow in 2020, there were skeptics and there were supporters.. millionaires were made, and those whom stuck with AirAsia lost a substantial fortune.. There are always 2 sides to the coin...

Ending this post with what I myself always believe in..

For believers, no proof is needed...
For non-believers, no proof is enough...

In 2020, when Covid struck, glove companies shot up like crazy.. I'm sure majority of us here had bought and probably earned from it (during the 2020 at least).. Those invested in it, was probably sound about it and hence why invested in this legit business. Yet, knowing it's fundamentally bullish, and it's a legit company, none of the majority actually sold all their assets, borrowed Ah Long and put in all the cash to buy into say TopGlov, even knowing full well you can go in and out within seconds..

This is risk management...

Just to top up on your point, Look at Mutual Funds/Unit Trust. 80% of them are bearish & losing money since 2020 (I'm not discriminating it like all these LowYat clowns are doing), as it is completely natural due to the fall of stock market in these few quarters.

But wait, Mutual Funds/Unit Trust is legit wor. It's regulated wor, It's Licensed wor, It's not on SC Alert List wor. Go invest there la. Go make money there since ya'll haters says TFXI is scam. Let TFXI investors invest in TFXI while you competitors invest in the "Regulated ones".

We invest what we believe and you invest what you believe. Don't need to bark bark bark as if you guys are superheroes.

I admit I'm an investor of TFXI. That's why I'm defending it as I know the facts.
But what about you guys? Why so committed in this thread & spreading fake news/non-factual statement & hate speeches about TFXI if you guys are NOT from any party? You guys do this as a gesture of goodwill?

Or isit because you guys are also in other platform/investments funds (competitors)? What drives you guys waking up in the morning and bashing non-stop?

Anyone mind to answer? (Don't worry I will not ask again and again if someone answered)

Yea man. I don't understand why anti-TFXIs are so adamant that if you see a good investment, you should sell your life for it.

If I were to open a business (I should be bullish about the business, otherwise why would I bother opening the business), would I sell everything I have to go all out in this business? That's not risk management 101. I invite you to watch Pursuit of Happyness (not typo), starring Will Smith as Chris Garner, on how he went all out on his ultimately failed product.

Whether TFXI is legit or not, the disclaimer that all investments have a risk warrants enough for levering caution, and self-preservation.

And adding to the already absurdity, TFXI investors shouldn't take out the profit. Why even invest in anything if the end goal is not to make profit?

Last but not least, as noble as one to be against scams, one shouldn't wish another ill-fate. If you find comfort in someone's stupidity, or misfortune, I truly believe you should get some spiritual enlightenment..

P.S. I'm not a supporter nor a critic of TFXI.
