If u secure a unit may be can have few strategy to get rental 1. Rent out whole unit with unique ID 2. Room rental 3. Get dual key keep one for longterm and another studio as shorterm rent 4. SL should is louder. we have yet to know where is the mrt3 located and how far the sound will reach laurel. in long run . i think laurel shd be better because mrt3 is underground . opposite laurel 50m and walking distance was like 1minute++. they have starbuck n foods .. why tenant shd be worry ? |
