In the end, once the dudes all got older, they realize to get the girls, they have to improve their financial standing instead of getting capped shoulder, or 16” bicep, or squatting 160kg.
Did they train as hard/diet as when they were on? Were they extremely well educated/know how to make progress well before ever touching roids?
Even lifetime natural bodybuilders when they have kids/stressful job they can't train/diet as well will start losing most of their muscle.
What permanent damage they had (explain in detail)?
As I know only "permanent" damage you can have from roids is atherosclerosis or HTPA downregulation, which ussualy only happens in those long time abusers.
Moreover if they "had permanant side effect/damage", it obviously shows to me they are uneducated idiots. I doubt such a person can train/diet perfectly and make good gains naturally.
Kindda impossible to have permanent damage if you have some brains, only do TestE, manage blood pressure/estrogen, and PCT off properly.
But yeah, Malaysians are brainless for most part, everything also listen to their "friends/abang" in the gym.
