whats the difference between onsite support and the premier support? dont really need the software support from the premier support. (normally quite crap, self diagnose might be faster)

if you the kind take AppleCare then Lenovo support is something that you do naturally

For thinkpad series, none. That's why I wonder it is worth it for premier support.
Normal warranty also ok what..

I do buy personal laptop for kids. No matter what brand, I need to claim warranty.

generally china ppl are complaining about drop of quality in thinkpad also but im satisfy on lenovo so far, used company thinkpad X and L (forgot is it L or other series) personally using legion

I got onsite + accidental but turns out onsite never came or call me so instead I went to their service center. Lucky got accidental if not habis....

ahh, so it just needed a keyboard replacement. should be a quick one unless they needed to order dor the parts first.
