i have terrible acid reflux, so my strategy is some greek style yoghurt with a pinch of salt and baking soda or one best solution is to drink ayran (or laban), Turkish/Arabic style yoghurt. it's not too thick, slightly runny like lassi and it's a bit salty you'll feel full and in my case, it soothes the acid reflux Twins10, Hollymolly, and 1 other liked this post

Sounds more like you lack a good sleep. Have your dinner, maybe have snack but always light stuff, go to bed and wake up with a big appetite for breakfast
Breakfast beats late night snack and it's way more fulfilling |

Sleep with tummy just filled isn't good, your body meant to rest at that time not doing overtime processing your food and digestion process all that

Added mini nuts packs to my bedside. Drink water first...then munch on nuts (20-30gr pack,,)... straight full..can sleep!
