Haha yeah that’s what I am actually worried about - Maxis servers.

Maybe will standby the other retailers as backup plan, in case Maxis screws up.
Ah embargoed deliveries - perfect. Thanks for sharing your experience  thumbsup.gif

Hahaha, I won't consider retailers la, definitely will get from maxis - save over RM1k at least... But yeah, do expect screw ups!

Anyway, I have seen a lot of local Chinese YouTubers from JB got their iPhone 13 PM from a local store - Pro Mobile. They have plenty of stocks which I suspected from Singapore but how did they get them sent into Malaysia, that part I'm not sure. One of the videos shows the box is printed with Apple Malaysia with address in KL Sentral (Apple Malaysia office address).

I checked their IG page, the prices are approximately RM 500 additional but you get to brag much earlier and it is ready stock. biggrin.gif

RM500 for 8-10 days of bragging rights? Nah, I'll pass biggrin.gif
A lot of Singaporeans like to recontract with telcos and sell off their new phones, hence that could be how these JB shops get them. But considering movement is restricted in and out of Singapore now in times of Covid, it's still impressive how they got it in so soon!

yea same, never had good experience with maxis pre-order, their servers sucks... its like you can get a ticket with close numbers, the next second they throw you far away to 4 digit numbers..

Same, not gonna lose any sleep over it this year! laugh.gif

Hi all, has anyone experienced pre-ordering online and making instalment payments?
I know we can make deposit or make full payment. But not sure how to select instalment plan.

TIA

May I know if cheaper third party 20w Power Adapter (example: Aukey or Ugreen) will work fine as original adapter?

Shouldn’t have any issues as the sellers will always use external payment gateway partners like MPay / eGHL / iPay88 / RazerPay etc to manage and there will always be option for supported credit card, just make sure you have the right cards. Some only allow Maybank / PBB only - best to do a reference check.

Pro can safely said that 20w is suffice. Pro max can go up 30w if get 30w maybe will help faster charging.

Once upon a time i bought a mous limitless for my 11 pro max, only lasted for a month but its only because i use my phone at kilang alot, the case not suitable for tough environments like otterbox and UAG. Ever since then ive been using cheap casings from shopee no matter how expensive the phone is hahaha tongue.gif

Might be getting UAG monarçh tho for my 13 pro max sometime end of this year depending on how well my rm20 case survives 🤣🤣

Ps: nice casing btw, the mous limitless, what variant did u buy?
