cloud backup for iphone is icloud. you cant load backup from gdrive

I think we cannot do so since android store the backup in google drive which iOS cannot read it directly to restore the chat.


Ya, i guess this is the only way. Does anyone know any good paid app that can do so?

I once ask this question here before, and the answer I get is...well it is quite troublesome to do it , as you will need a third party software to help on the transfer, and it is not free, but there is trial available for some software, so you might need to google it

I used Dr. Fone when I switched from Android to iOS last year. Hint: Get from Shopee.
Managed to transfer both Main and secondary WhatsApp. I use WhatsApp and Business WhatsApp on iOS. It is a bit troublesome for Business WhatsApp though but doable.

Stick to the Pro Max, bro. Once you go go big, you can never go back to small as far as screen is concerned! Buy on normal contract from maxis and ask for 0% installment. That's the best!

All telcos will keep their plans undisclosed until the last minute. So just check few hours before it is open for pre-order.

I bought my iPhone 12 Pro Max from Digi last year and got it on the launch date. All phones were transferred to the nearest courier branch but with a huge warning sticker that no delivery can be made until the launch date.

So telcos will usually deliver on the launch date.

Hi , if using third party app like Dr.Fone do i need to access my old phone or can I just access the gdrive where the backup is stored ? Cause my android screen broke and cant function properly

Need old phone to extract out the data. It is a software, you will need your PC as well.

Haha yeah that’s what I am actually worried about - Maxis servers.

Maybe will standby the other retailers as backup plan, in case Maxis screws up.

Anyway, I have seen a lot of local Chinese YouTubers from JB got their iPhone 13 PM from a local store - Pro Mobile. They have plenty of stocks which I suspected from Singapore but how did they get them sent into Malaysia, that part I'm not sure. One of the videos shows the box is printed with Apple Malaysia with address in KL Sentral (Apple Malaysia office address).

I checked their IG page, the prices are approximately RM 500 additional but you get to brag much earlier and it is ready stock.

yea same, never had good experience with maxis pre-order, their servers sucks... its like you can get a ticket with close numbers, the next second they throw you far away to 4 digit numbers..

Any of you use US apple ID? Do you guys have like a burner MY apple ID account just to order from apple website? Lol. Just logged in to apple store for the first time today using my US apple ID and obviously this isn't gonna help during pre order.

I guess I'll make a throwaway account or something using legit details just for the ordering and save payment details all siap siap

Also does anyone know if we buy something from apple store, right after purchasing can we cancel the order for a refund? Just wanna test buying some stuff using my two banks debit card to ensure can go through (although I know the bank maintenance during the pre order time may cause other issues )
