Ipad mini is a capable device despite the cheaper price tag. If i don't have ipad pro already, i would snatch it in a beat. I'll wait to see demo unit in store, but i bet the palm size will captivate me

the Smart Folio for iPad mini by apple looks nice.

yeah. iPad pro is good for its speakers, and many other features.
but the size of 11-inch and the weight make it not convenient to use on the go. even while using at home, the weight makes it difficult to use for long period of time to read things while on the bed. it feels tired after a while while holding it.

Any third party stylus to replace Apple Pencil 2 that you guys can recommend? I’m not an artist but at least it must be nice to write notes. The original Pencil 2 is too expensive for an amateur user like me. Around 150 should be OK for me.

Come with charger. I think upgrade my ipad mini better than my iphone.

I found quite a few on Shopee so much so I'm pretty impressed how fast those manufacturers came out with these. I'm sure there'll be more and better ones next week so I'm gonna wait a bit first... can't even order the actual ipad yet.

Seems ship out dates worldwide are being pushed back. Maybe there's way more demand than originally expected. Hardly surprising when so many people who were never interested in the Mini are suddenly interested now.
Hope it doesn't affect our own availability dates, whenever that is.

Cause it hasnt been updated for a long time. And this is major redesign. And ipad mini has niche market so all these people from the market and maybe some new customers wanna get an upgrade or buy a unit for themselves. If the device has been updated every year then you will find people not needing to upgrade or so, so the demand will be lower.

I myself considering btw iPad pro 11” 128gb and iPad mini 256gb. Price difference btw 500 and m1 vs a15. Not to forget bout pro motion and stereo speaker of iPad pro.

Again, visit back my purpose of purchase, it’s more toward 2nd tools for working, basically on outlook, team, browser or , Not really much on movie or gaming. And with cloud service, I end up with iPad mini entry level will do. Will wait for official launch

That's good to know. For me, the colours have never been an important factor in phones or tablets since I'll be sticking it into a fully covering case, so won't see the colours anyway. Sometimes I get surprised at my phone's colour every few months when i strip it for a clean.
