True. This would be used for bedroom watching or casual reading since i think the ipad pro 11 inch I am using now bit heavy and overkill.

I am using ipad air 4 and also have the same sentiments as you haha. Ipad air feels heavy to use at bed

I definitely can't wait to order it and have my hands on it. Upgrading from an ipad mini 3 that only had 16gb, so could barely work on it. Plus, bottom of the screen is flickering, so will probably get it fixed eventually and let my toddler have it when we are ready for her to use one for educational purposes.
I've always felt the Mini is the perfect size for a tablet, pretty much the same size as books. Definitely gonna use it for work a lot, reviewing documents, using for meetings, taking notes, etc, and reading my books. Not much of a gamer here, though never know.
Hopefully they'll have for preorder soon...i checked, seems SG, AUS, HK all are available for preorder, but not us in MY, Thailand, Indonesia.

All the other media functions are perfect but reading books i still don’t really understand why people want to use tablet to do that when there’s kindle!

I have a Kobo Aura H2O as well which I used to read from all the time... but somehow now I find myself reading more from my phone or my old ipad mini. Guess it's more convenient especially in the case of my phone... bored? Just flip over to the ebook app. Though i know the Kobo would be much better for my eyes.

Why do you want to move from ipad pro?

I love ipad mini due to portability (i use mainly for reading, and office emails), was long time user before i move to ipad pro.. since then was waiting for this new version of ipad mini..

Books Reading wise i have my trusty kindle so till now I haven't considered to change yet. But they do look nice, the new designs are nice, like a mini ipad air. They should adopt it across all the tablets, ipad has been left out.

It's a smart move by Apple, otherwise nobody would get the more expensive iPad mini and iPad Air anymore.

so have anyone figured out which one's a better buy between the ipad mini 6 vs ipad air 4? for the 300 bucks though, bigger screen and battery, but running on A14 compare to A15 on the mini 6..
