As per topic title, I want to ship my graphic card to China, but been asking some companies like MyPost and etc they all reject to accept my order as they said it is not possible to declare and get pass the customs in China. I don't have big quantities, just plan on shipping one for repair because last time I bought it from China also. Can I do FedEx/DHL?

I am fine paying the tax since it's already lost its value now as it is spoiled. Malaysia repair shops I can't trust anymore because all busy fixing mining cards and been put there for very long and not fixing my card.

wait, you dont have friends there that can act as an agent on your behalf?, makes me wonder why you are expecting warranty out of the item you bought there unless you are staying there for long period of time.
have you make RMA claim first? they should provide the correct instruction to send the spoil item to them, but of course the delivery of your item to those address is under your responsibility.

Ahhh.. so you had someone there to help you to clear it? I'm not sending over to claim for warranty but more like because no one can repair my graphic card here, been almost half a year but the people charge very expensive and also not repairing, since the people are more focused on repairing mining cards.

Have you contacted china side?

They usually dont repair stuff, just change a new one.

Cost to repair is more than making one

if you're sending for repair instead of claiming warranty, just suggesting to do it locally, less hassle and cost less I guess? just need to search for people or shop

I suggest giving up and write off the graphic card.
It is not worth the effort to do so due to the tax both way.

a gpu repair is about 50% of the cost of the gpu. There is a few small repair companies making money out from this or taking advantage of the situation

Not mandatory IC, just recipient need to do clearing there by him/herself which add couple days to the procedure. As long right name and contact number. Send and returned item, not you sending as a selling shipment. No tax to them. You’re returning right?

I suggest you just get another, its extremely difficult to ship it back into china and those companies are being honest to you, do not do it, you are wasting your money, maybe you need to send 10-20 times then only 1 time will get pass.

China do offer money to certain manufacturer producing products selling oversea, so when things go out they can claim money from the gov, so they will not allow things go out claim money, come back, go out and claim money again.

Even on company level its extremely difficult. Especially if the item is used/second hand. I believe China have very stringent policy on these. Probably worried they will be used as dumping ground.
My company tried sending something back to repair, my vendor told us to never declare it as repair or used.
On a personal level, a seller in aliexpress rather send me a new watch than to have it return.
