Hi gurus, I just put a booking for a used 2020 Gen-10 Civic 1.5 TCP FC facelift with Sensing.
However, I am also looking at the Gen-11 Civic, and wondered if I should wait for it.
Pros: - 12-speaker Bose - better noise reduction - more premium looking cockpit design (except honeycomb) and materials - Better UI with wireless AppleCarplay/AndoirdAuto - Blind spot monitor/Cross Traffic monitoring
Cons: the price seems to lean towards at least 20k higher than current price, and potential wait of at 9-12 months before actual delivery of the car?
Feedback / advise welcome!

Civic Thailand remains 8-speaker for highest RS Spec And I also noticed that they don't get blind spot monitor. Civic ThailandNo Blindspot monitor for Singapore too. Civic SingaporeMaybe better to just keep my FC booking This post has been edited by dannytzh: Oct 4 2021, 11:58 AM

I'd wished they had both...

QUOTE(bashlyner @ Oct 21 2021, 08:14 AM) I think more people would want to know when would it launch in Malaysia No official news, only speculation. Only confirmed news for now is that current TC & TCP will stop production. Only 1.8 is still being produced up to December. So the latest speculation is that the Civic launch may be pushed next year. However, Honda news last month did say that they are launching new models this year, so can only wait and see for now. Oh, one more news is that, there is no more 1.8 models. Only 1.5T engines (L15B7 VTC Turbo) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_L_engine#L15B7_VTC_TurboThis post has been edited by isr25: Oct 21 2021, 10:23 AM

Then only ppl will understand the beauty and worth while money spent on Mazda 3. but as usual, Malaysians only read paper numbers and Civic's paper numbers are slight tad better with lower road tax price.
