Agents should be upfront, different people have different roles. Sometimes people want to hear from real owners and buyers, if they need info from agents they would ask and look for one

I would suggest you start one. So it looks innocent and clean. Haha the current one infested with agents from the Maya Ara launch. U probably get alot of new properties launches cold call after U join that group.

As how I know that one is an Agent Group. Don't ask..I got spy ..lol

Yea I hope the developer look into it. At least they have the EV points at each parking lot. The charging station the owner can install themself later. Sime Darby being an EV dealers should consider this. It benefits them also as future people still buy EV from Sime Darby Motors.

Yeah i raised this with my sales agent because I'm not sure if they include it or not. If I'm not mistaken, they don't include it. But I don't think my SA will go above and beyond for me haha.

If enough owners request, I think SD might consider more seriously to include it.

What do you think?
