Went past the site the other day.. looks to be around about the 18th floor being built. Also, can just about see the roofing for the drop off/lobby area above the hording. Looks pretty long across the front of the entire facade - hope this turns out nice!

Just wondering for the home owners here who may have taken Maybank Loan and under Etiqa there is a yearly Fire Insurance contribution.

Did you manage to waive the premium amount as understood from other banker friends of mine for Fire Insurance of the building that is under construction, the developer or main con will have their own insurance?

Once the building is complete and handover is complete, the fire insurance will be under the management?

Based on the statement that I have for the policy it is currently declared under building in course of construction.
