You can cut Tails with a Bow, but only with it's Melee damage.

Aside from Earplugs, you can block screams too with any weapons that has a Block feature. Aside from those, PRAY.

"Recovery" increased the recovery speed of your Red Gauge. (When you are damaged).



Now for my question lol.

Well, I did port forwarded my router but me and my friend still getting the same damn comm error and breaking off during quest. Sigh, testing my patience. Anyway, my friend who uses a Fat PSP traded it in and bought himself a Slim PSP. Although we still doesn't know why his Fat can't play with us MHF2. Anyway, at least now 3 of us can finally play together after years and years oh, and years of soloing alone lol and yeah we're having a blast. ^^D

By the way, how do you take picture and record PSP gameplay? There's a LOT of perfect picture taking moments when we were playing together.

Too bad really, I would have gladly pay to play it but noooo, they refuse to earn more money lol.

And now I'm stuck with the PSP version. (It's still fun though)

You can sometimes buy it from the old lady with the big backpack or try searching for it on top of those vines in Forest & Hills.

What weapon you using against Gravios? ?_?

Which reminds me, when do you jump into Shen Gao Ren's shell mouth? Is it when his about to start farting balls out?

Dark Piece and Dark Stone are for Fatalis weapons.

By the way, anyone know what I need to unlock Rathalos Armor S Head & Legs? Dear god, I hope it's not those damn Rubies.....

I know what you mean, my friend needs 5 of them too and I've been hunting with him but still no Plate lol.

Maybe, I mean, they said that I have to break Gypceros Head Crystal to get Gypceros Head in Reward but when I was fighting both Gypceros and Purple Gypceros, I get 2 Gypceros Head in the Reward anyway after killing them without even breaking their Head Crystal. So I guess the list might not be accurate.

How do you unlock Crimson Fatalis again? I know you got to kill every Elder Dragon like 10 or 20 times? I forgot.

5 Star Elder Quest - Kill 10 Remobra, you can sometimes get them in the reward. 5 Star Gathering Hall Quest sometimes gives them in the reward too by fighting monster like Rathalos,Reosoul (Azure Rathalos) , Rathian or Teo etc.

What I meant was you have a chance to encounter even bigger size monster in G Rank Quest compare to the Elder & Gathering Hall 1-5 Star Quest*.

Was hunting this G Rank Rathalos with my friend and his freaking head is bigger then my Hammer lol. xD

It's really simple using Small Barrel Bombs, just wait till he start shooting his sands then run next to it and plant one. When it blows, you got yourself one fish on the surface.


I love too but with my current armor I think I'd get KO'd even the slightest hit lol. I'm still wearing that old Tigarex armor lol, Def only 275 lol. If a G Rank Rage Rathalos can take away 85% of my HP, imagine what Fatalis can do haha. xD

Gonna farm back my old Reosoul armor from MH2. I miss that armor.

G Rank Reosoul materials and 2 Rathalos Ruby.

If you want a good starting armor for G Rank quest, I think Tigarex S armor might do the job. The materials are quite easy to get and you can +15 the Earplug to withstand louder screams from Diablos, Gravios, Khezu etc. Really comes in handy.

Or a simple way, try your best not to get hit lol.

Don't worry, you'll get used to it eventually. It's not really that hard after you've gotten the hang of it. =)

With good weapons, their no different then your regular old Elder type monster. ^^,

and practice makes perfect. d(^^,)

It helps if you are with friends too. (So the monster won't be chasing you alone lol)

If you have a Veggie Elder Ticker Silver, you can exchange it for Rathalos Plate with the Veggie Elder in Forest & Hills. You'll get those tickets when your friendship lvl is higher.
