 Shopee refund, Anyone managed to get?

Bought something from Shopee but came incomplete. Seller trying to resend but they say need order no. So gimme a link to purchase something rm0 but can’t buy cause no shipping option. So they can’t send replacement without order no.
Shopee auto release payment 3 days after delivery. Last time I tried refund need both sides to agree. If they low ball me what option I have? Can I reject? But if Shopee already release they payment then they can ignore me. Anyone tried to get refund?

did you click "received button". If you did, then, you're doom already..

The right process for incomplete item is to click the return/refund button and return all the received product. If seller reject, you can choose to
continue the dispute and let shopee settle it for you..

Yeap, NEVER EVER click on the "Received" button if there's a problem with your item or delivery, else you'll be on your own and most sellers wouldn't be obliged to help you anymore.

I just received my refund for a dispute on a fake item, the whole process took me almost 3 weeks to settle, even when i provided undisputable evidence of the fake item Shopee would ask for more and more, some irrelevant, evidence to "solidify" my claim, while the seller just kept shut and didn't even participate in the discussions, since he knows its fake and couldn't counter or provide proof on my arguments. Even then he refused to refund after i returned the fake item due to "opened package, kenot resell" reason. I argued more and finally shopee themselves had to approve of the refund.

Asshole seller is asshole.

Yes u can reject, then it will go back and forth until shopee make final decision. If you tekan Order received terus or never raised return/refund/dispute after certain time, shopee 100% ignore.

As for your case, there is workaround, option 1 is repurchase but at the use of Value discount Voucher from seller (This method considered separate purchase though)

2nd, raise return/refund (Always go for this option) seller actually can send the item without the need of order number. they have to put the tracking number within the dispute. So don't kena that BS from seller. Then keep pin pong back & forth between u & seller daily until you confirm receive the missout item. At this point you will see as if shopee keep asking evidence la, picture la etc... actually it is the standard UI template so you can attach same shit (maybe rename the file abit). The case will remain open that way.

Yes, I managed to get refund due to damaged parcel by J&T, what I did:
1. Inside Shopee app, go to Me tab, scroll all the way down and click Chat with Shopee --> Return/Refund or Chat with Live Agent
2. Inform them about damaged parcel
3. Shopee send email to me and ask for pictures of damaged parcel
4. Reply email with pictures
5. Wait for 3days for the refund.

Had an experience with fake item from Shopee too, after providing all the evidence Shopee still said can't do anything because sudah more than 2 weeks. I replied back with a simple ok thank you, will report to KPDNHEP then. After that they straight away said ok will refund lulz

And shopee's asshole policy don't allow us to rate returned orders. doh.gif

And the dumbest thing I've done is to use some coinsback voucher but raise a partial refund with seller. Shopee then directly deduct the coinsback from your order despite I'm just refunding RM1 out of RM20 order, I ended up losing 80% of my coinsback cause system deemed I refunded 80% of the order.

exactly, i see so many stupid bloody 'reviews' mentioning delivery lah, complete item lah, free gift lah, and not on the actual product itself and/or customer service received. Some even posted unrelated copy pasted texts and attached irrelevant photos just for the sake of coins. It leads me to believe that these idiots are not just lazy but dumb as fuck as well.

Shopee needs to act on curbing these shitty reviews to increase the quality of their site, they should revoke the coins for such 'reviews'.

Look at amazon product reviews, night and day, shows the mentality of the buyers.

Chances of refund is slim unless you ship the item back to the seller which is a hassle and you got to cover the cost. Suggest you just try and if cannot then put a karangan of 1-star review let that shop die.

Most just want quick rate to get coins. Working or not doesn't matter to them. If rosak continue buying another unit from other shop.

That's why I avoid shops with reviews like that.

I'm assuming the Shopee agent left the discussion once i returned the product since there was no more reply from him/her.

And yes, i did threatened to take further action if i was not refunded. They immediately approved my refund a couple of days later. topkek.

i was actually quite furious that i couldn't rate and comment on the returned item, potential buyers should be aware of dishonest sellers and the lack of customer service.
