And shopee's asshole policy don't allow us to rate returned orders. And the dumbest thing I've done is to use some coinsback voucher but raise a partial refund with seller. Shopee then directly deduct the coinsback from your order despite I'm just refunding RM1 out of RM20 order, I ended up losing 80% of my coinsback cause system deemed I refunded 80% of the order.
