My previous tenant use my condo address to register maxis internet. Now she no longer stay there but she refuse to terminate her account. This result in my current tenant unable to register unifi using my condo address. Anyone experience it? What should I do with this case. Thanks very much for your suggestion.

That's the problem if she didn't terminate I cannot register other service provider.

Should be no problem to prove that the registered name is no more living there.

Hi all, may I check how you all solve this issue ya? Really need to ask previous tenant to cancel the Maxis Fiber first then only new tenant can apply a new one?
