My previous tenant use my condo address to register maxis internet. Now she no longer stay there but she refuse to terminate her account. This result in my current tenant unable to register unifi using my condo address. Anyone experience it? What should I do with this case. Thanks very much for your suggestion.

I was informed by unifi agent that for condo only can have 1 line registered for each unit. That's the problem if she didn't terminate I cannot register other service provider.

This is my plan. I hope they will terminate it. But I doubt it is not so easy. Perhaps if anyone have same experience can share with me
