i use oats for their bedding. quite ok too. n they wud eat that as well. Dr jenny said, its gud because they contain amino acid (if im not mistaken).
its not really meant for bedding la..i just put it under their playhouse. they got a pouch to sleep in actually.
Added on February 21, 2008, 8:40 amHeheh...thanks Hun. We really hope he does.

Added on February 21, 2008, 8:45 amHeheh...my poised joey, Koochee, wud stick to me like glue. She wud only go exploring when she see the coast is clear. Else, she wud be on me, only. But she is very friendly with ppl.
But, Cheekoo is a different matter. He likes exploring and very active, and only come back to me when he's tired and sleepy already. He wud want to climb and sleep on me. Hehehe... And he's anti social, when with unfamilair ppl, he wud crab like mad. Heheheh....
Yes, oats can help but then normally as a wet bath. Maybe same thing if use as bedding..... but many shampoos for sensitive skin or dry scalp has oat or wheat germ added.

Yeap, I know how the eucalyptus tree looks like by heart now

Every time I see trees, I will search for any possible signs of eucalyptus

Haha, your dad like my husband lor, no patient when driving, he would definitely not stop at the park what with all those cars and people

Aiyah, we go ramai-ramai glider owners to Sg. Buloh lah... Each of us can bring home 1 tree

Hehe.
I used to use Litter Star. Always have separator between the substrate and the gliders.
Now I just use newspaper cuz of the size of my cage. If use Litter Star or any other substrate sure die to fill the whole tray

Yeah, I always find my suggies fishing for the dropped fruits under the cage too

Macam tak ada food lain wanna fish for the dropped ones

KP
Same, these days I also look at trees very often and I can identify eucalyptus too.
LOL, yah, I think it would be a good idea to get a tree....

Litter Star absorbs smell very well...

eucalyptus? u sure?
even if we can find eucalyptus trees in malaysia, it wouldnt grow well.. most probably it would be like very thin, elongated... but nevertheless, it would be worth the try planting them...in australia, i remember the last time i was trekking through the woods, sap just cant stop oozing out of the eucalyptus trees... be it day or night...
could it be taman tasik perdana?

Added on February 21, 2008, 10:20 pmmy goodness sincere and honest congrats to you!!! its so evident that he is improving loads!!!... keep it up!

Added on February 21, 2008, 10:27 pmwell, personally i wouldnt really like to bring the terrible two out at night lah.. omg man.. those two really damn fast at night.. i dont want to risk them getting lost... especially if i am standing next to a tall tree!!! lols.... you get the picture.
meanwhile, those two fellas are wreaking havoc on my arms... the grip so hardly!!!!... my hands all got bintik2 merah and small slits...lols... i guess they still dont really think that im the 'tree' yet... lol.. but Bugs (my male) likes to nibble on my neck and chew my hair... quite annoying at times but i just remove him and hold him for a while.. my female is like super duper active after 10.. jumps up and down.. but morning onwards, she will slumber like a log! no matter how loud i talk, how vigorous i walk, shell be fast asleep lols... but Bugs always peeps out... makes me think that he wants to pee all the time but no... neways, tried smuggling em to school today... thank god they did not make a beep or *marah* from teachers... lol.
waiting for the food to defrost b4 i feed them currently...
Eucalyptus can grow here, but not in abundance and also not as tall and great as in Australia. There are a few trees in Lake Gardens, and also UPM..... UPM has quite a number of those trees around in certain part of their campus.
