I applied for it a year back, they called me and told me that they ran out of the gift I was suppose to get. Fired them, then they told me they have it.

Be careful when applying credit cards using agents. Just apply from your bank, in the branch. Control is much stricter for bank own staff. There were cases where agents submit cc applications using customer details but using their address & contact no. You know what happened after that.
