Why my zcity transaction failed when making a payment?

The OTP or TAC page is replaced by this error page.

Might be handling ZCITY to ipay88 hence transaction is there pending for payment and it will take 24hours before the transaction is cancelled automatically

how to actually use the zangpao rebate? i tried proceed to pay but can discount voucher, etc, cannot see anything on the zangpao rebate. but i have not proceed to really pay yet la.

I got RM8.88 zangpao and used it to pay water bill RM10. So i only paid RM1.12 for it.

Not automatic. Click on the Angpow and it will show all the angpow amount u collected
