one shot buy 20, you cannot use the coins earned until next month, etc etc.

one shot buy 20 also got it's advantage.

lol. how you know ZCity or ipay88 is the cause of fraud transaction?

even you never use the card before and keep in your house drawer also will kena fraud transaction.

when it happen, don't need to KPKB here and there finding root cause.

just go through the bank process and get a new card.
