Check ur credit card trx, if any issue contact the number above or zCity's online chat helpdesk. it could just be system error

this is likely ipay88 is declining to honor your card txn

they have internal risk scoring for the cards, and their policies kicked in

unlikely for zcity to block your card since payment is handled by ipay88 payment gateway.
