control is at Paynet/FPX for Z-City's merchant account; not specific to bank.

once enabled for FPX-CC (aka LOC = Line of Credit), then all participating banks will automatically follow Paynet's setting to "open" the card options for payment (to zcity).

yes, merchant to decide. most merchant dont now or dont want to open LOC option for FPX as the rate is expensive (by Paynet). it's fixed + variable % fee.

FPX-CASA is fixed fee, cost about 40-50sen per transaction.

any fees from Paynet is daylight robbery. They are technology provider, but resell the services to banks/payment gateways.
