ahh same experience i had last week

few variations of the errors:

1) immediately failed msg at PB verification page but no SecureSign triggered
2) immediately failed msg at PB verification page but SecureSign triggered
3) PB verification Page OK > triggered SecureSign > Approved Securesign > eventually still fail when redirect back to Zcity

called CS to check, asked to retry later or use other cards.


yeah, gotta keep retrying from time to time, as SecureSign seems couldnt handle it.

1) wrong brand tagging

2) >2 orders possible

3) CC enabled for TNG pin... but they realized it shortly and cc was removed while order still in cart/pending (at least not removed)

as usual, difficult to authorize pbb cards with securesign.

paid 1 order with cc the rest only fpx as filler spend.
