Need help sifu, anyone know if I can get the RM10 cashback if I topup thru the "Top Up Now" button in the 1st picture? Because in my HotlinkMU there is no such offer (2nd picture). I asked Hotlink CS but the answer they gave me felt like they are not trying at all:

What about Hotlink Postpaid 30, unlimited call and sms with 2gb data, or u can choose RM40 for 12gb data

luckily i saw the ads from Maybank first before Hotlink... Maybank website it says "stand a chance to win 50% cashback". And i already asked Hotlink CS, they replied it's not guaranteed cashback, can sue for misleading ads ka?

still can get 20% for rm5 topup right? that promo appears every few day

Try their whatsapp cs, i asked to check if my number has volte enabled, the guy checked n said no then forwarded the request to tech dept n viola i got volte signal before the chat ended
