Maxis center at klia2 should be no problem. That store sell/promote prepaid sim card. I went there to mnp hotlink prepaid.

They tried to reserve the blank sim for postpaid customer. It cost us agent rm 5 

I am an agent, that is the cost dealership charge us, the blank sim can be use for postpaid registration, MNP and sim replacement. For prepaid there is different pack on that. I assume the center would want to preserve the stock there.
