Hi, I wonder, is it the data that last 365days OR the sim that last 365days, i.e.sim wont die without any top up for 365days but we still need to top up regularly to be able to use the data?

Just ported in to Hotlink Prepaid 1.0 3days ago
Initially I was able to receive call, but with poor call quality. Thus, I called CS to expedite activation of VoLTE. Since then, I am unable to receive any call, although the VoLTE icon has appeared.
I'm able to make calls, connect to Internet, just unable to receive calls. The CS gave an easy answer, sim card is defective.
I wonder how a brand new sim card suddenly became defective within 3days and selectively unable to receive call only.

Anyone has similar problem? How to solve it
