RM20... everytime purchase the 10GB for RM20, gets 365 days "mysterious VALIDITY".... it's better then XoX RM25/365 (without any data at all)....

Me will MNP-o me's XoX to this H365 once the XoX 28-month validity is over.... However, the route to get this H365 is:

MNP-i to HUP35 > switch plan for RM5 > Buy RM20/365 and get 10GB/365....
*
Hi your route means I need to MNP from tunetalk to any hotlink plans or only HUP35? only hup35 can get this plan?

This is the current path/route:
MNP-i to HUP35 > wait for 3 days SIM delivery and 48 hours MNP process > When HUP activated, reload RM5 to switch to H365 for RM5 "tipu-fee"> Buy RM30 (optional to get 365 SIM Validity) + RM20 (for 10GB/365)

Total damage = RM5 + RM30 (optional) + RM20 = RM55 for MNP-i process from other telco(s).

Thanks for detailed explanation. Just a question. MNP-i means what ya. Also I MNP to hup35, must I pay rm35?

Wow, this is the plan im looking for 🙏
For those who confused,
here is an example based on my understanding
Most valued plan: 10GB plan @ RM20
1. 365 day SIM active pass @ RM30
This mean once you pay and deducted RM50,
you can enjoy 365 days of active internet with 10GB
2. Top up RM5 every 60 days.
In the year end you will have RM30 balance and this is able to purchase the 10GB plan again for second year

Hi TS. May want to quote some of them who shown the grace period of 30 days passive period before line is terminated. Standard telco is 45 or 60 days. 30 days is rather short, but true since data must need line to be active, so most will never fall to grace period. But still, must remind everyone in case.

Hi TS. No need pay tipu fee already. Now can directly switch to Prepaid Internet 365 for free. Switch already, pay rm30 + RM20 only. Save the rm5.

PS: no need pay rm30 also. Like previously mentioned, topup rm5 for 60 days validity. I'll say

a) port in to Prepaid Internet 365 FOC. They deliver sim card FOC also.
b) topup RM10 for 60 days validity.
c) for those who only need a sub line to receive notifications, can buy their RM10 4gb package. Also follow 365 days follow plan package. For more Internet, can subscribe to the free daily 1gb for the mco free 1gb.
d) every 60 days topup rm5.

What the hell... those early adopters should ask for RM5 rebate/refund.... LOL...
*
Can't compare la. Maxis/hotlink promo page always got more freebies than other telco la. The rm5 already offset by free lazada shopee vouchers for merdeka. As for me, I'll wait and see if other telco got better offers. Or if this 365 package comes with free calls

Only if U port in....

For existing hotlink user, need to pay RM5 switch plan

QUOTE(RDoe @ Aug 26 2021, 11:25 PM)
I believe this is the case:
If you look here, the RM0 is referring to MNP:
https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/plan/switch-to-hotlink/

They're still showing the RM5 fee for change of plans:
https://www.hotlink.com.my/en/terms-conditi...d-internet-365/
*
From above, they encouraging you to port in.

My partner switch to Hotlink, using the website mentioned
and already got the Sim Card for free..

But the MNP Port In is still rejected/stuck..
23th Request from website.
25th Got Sim card.
26th Port In rejected & call 123 to resubmit again on the night.
*
Siapa reject? Current telco reject? MNP requires you to answer your current telco phone call or reply an sms to confirm you want to port out. Did you properly port out your current telco? I had this issue before when I port out from digi to umobile last time. Digi send sms to confirm, which I replied yes. But subsequently umobile port in was rejected, and I call them to verify. They say digi didn't process my port out correctly.

Not sure who to blame now..
On 25th,
I've contact Yoodo (current telco), said haven't request from Hotlink.. Once got the request, will have email.. and have to click the provided click..
When contact Hotlink (right after got the SIM card), they ask for the card 19 barcode number to send the MNP.

On 26th night,
No email or what so ever,
I check back the hotlink order tracking website, it stated Port In rejected. Itu sahaja..  doh.gif
Call 123 again, and the CS said will resubmit the Port In request.
Not able to contact Yoodo, since already pass 10pm.
*
Oh so you haven't receive any port out confirmation email from yoodo? If you haven't receive, means hotlink didn't process. Error at their end d. Ya yoodo is email eh. I really hate yoodo using email to process port out request.

I remember last time when I port out from yoodo come back to digi, I miss their port out email twice. First time I request, they send next day, and email valid for I think, an hour only. When I open email, the port out email already expired. Second time I request, again 2 days later ka send. They expect me sit down all day wait email. Kena third time baru successful.

But if u didn't receive any email, confirm hotlink issue.

Can any users confirm below. It says any reload, which minimum is rm5, will give 60 active days from activation of the plan. What about after that? It says from activation. So next/second topup rm5 gives 5 days or 60 days?

Charges Your Service(s) Lifecycle
10.
All and any top-up denomination for the Plan will grant you 60 active-days from the activation of the Plan (“Active Period”) to make calls, SMS, MMS and access to the internet (based on the internet passes as per clause 19).
