I bought 1 year sim active period when I first subscribed to hotlink 365 plan. Then I don't know since when the plan automatically 'upgraded' to hotlink pantas and my sim active period until 2023 disappeared. Called the useless cs only getting answer that no data is found and my RM30 to purchase that sim active period just fly away. Well done maxis, prepare to switch to digi within this month.

The estatement only provide transaction records for last few months but my purchase is early than that, so no evidence could be found

Why can their system be so bad? Attempt to switch from Digi Prepaid to Hotlink Fast. Their facial and ID verification systems are terrible. After I finally passed them and pressed the Place Order button, an error occurred. Customer service can only say that they can't find anything related to my order and told me to wait patiently when I called them. But nothing happened after a whole day.

I tried their online switch to the Hotlink page a few months ago. After went through several troublesome processes, including calling their customer support, yet I still received the 'create port in order failed' problem. I tried it again today and received the same issue. What is the purpose of that website?

Nope, it shows 'create port in order ID failed', but I think it's the same thing as yours

Yes, exactly the same. I gave up and went to the Umobile service centre yesterday to switch to U.

 

Change to:
