I believe this plan is merdeka special which will be revert back to 12mbps after the promo period. The discount will be under rewards tab which u will need to claim. Perhaps the amount will be different from person to person. Dunno whether the discounts are based on tenure, purchased plan and/or your region cause maxis/hotlink usually have special promos for select regions in the form of bill rebates/vouchers where their market share is lower.
I also got another form of reward of extra 200gb which i think more common
