Dear Zaryl,
Based on the screenshot, it seems that the RM30/365 validity was purchased on 25th Jan 2023. Thus, the SIM/Account/Line validity is now at January next year. So, from today onwards, no need to reload RM10 anymore until January next year. U can now put the SIM into the router until January next year. Back to the history/issues, hypothetically, the RM30/365 validity was NOT purchased. Hence, the RM10 reload every 30 days is compulsory. On the 31st day, the line will be rendered InActive. As for call/SMS/data usage every 30 days requirement, there is no such terms in their Hidden Agenda (unless u can direct us to it on their website). Thank you for your patience.
