3Mbps is good for 720p streaming... 1080p may have buffering every 15 seconds... other apps won't need more than 3Mbps access... Zoom Meeting may have issues intermittently ...

Different users will have different vouchers...

When we purchase the plan, there is redeem/claim voucher menu. It will auto-apply the code/discount... no need to type keyboard...

Originally was in Panta*. Bought the 365 days SIM/Account/Line validity. But then, switch to Unlimited (assuming 365 days still remain), then, switch back to Panta* hoping the 365 days will continue from original purchase ...

Since my CCTVs just operate on an old chapalang TPlink MR200 4G Router with Hotlink Pantas in it, i guess i HAVE to topup minimum RM10 for every 60 days.  doh.gif

As shown above, for meow account, buying the RM30 for 365 SIM/Account/Line validity is until 30th August 2023. What about urs?

Meaning, if meow put this 30th August SIM into ur TP-Link MR200 4G Router, the CCTV will continuously sending data until 30th August (accompanied with 5.74GB quota in the account).

Now, this 5.74GB quota is val8d until as per screenshot below:

Finally, it's not 60 days for every RM10 topup. It's only 30 days for every RM10 topup.

Dear Zaryl,

Based on the screenshot, it seems that the RM30/365 validity was purchased on 25th Jan 2023. Thus, the SIM/Account/Line validity is now at January next year.

So, from today onwards, no need to reload RM10 anymore until January next year. U can now put the SIM into the router until January next year.

Back to the history/issues, hypothetically, the RM30/365 validity was NOT purchased. Hence, the RM10 reload every 30 days is compulsory. On the 31st day, the line will be rendered InActive.

As for call/SMS/data usage every 30 days requirement, there is no such terms in their Hidden Agenda (unless u can direct us to it on their website).
