when you buy the hotlink reload pin, in the pin code displaying page will state the expiry date, for hotlink reload pin will have 5 years expiry date from the date purchase, it will be on 2027

Just reloaded a celcom RM5 pin bought in February 2022, no problem.

you must hv a hotlink pantas already, ever contacted cs their reply is if you hv already a pantas simcard, your ic will get error mnp to pantas via online website, if you still want to, cs suggested to mnp online to hotlink prepaid unlimited, after successfully mnp, change plan to pantas with rm2 charges.

just tested, if fill in your hotlink pantas no, it will get a validate sms, but dont know what are the next steps, when to key in the mnp no. You could try and let us know ..

Last time mnp in pantas, the first day activated can use data, right after midnight 12am cant use internet data anymore, also 5 day validity with zero balance.

3 months ago I walked in Maxis center ( not dealer ), and the receptionist girl said could only port in maxis postpaid, I said I heard could port in to hotlink prepaid from online netizen info, the receptionist said then just get a queue number and ask the counter person in charge, and the counter person in charge do port in to hotlink pantas prepaid right on the spot FREE OF CHARGE. I was porting out from celcom prepaid to pantas, and the next day the mnp port in process is completed...

If you have already a hotlink pantas account, you cannot apply another mnp port into pantas via hotlink online website, will get an error., you could try to apply online port into hotlink prepaid unlimited , after the mnp port in process complete, then you could change plan hotlink unlimited to prepaid pantas with charges.

maybe the counter girl was a newbie, tried to talk to other counters, or you could say lets talk to your superiors.

This setting just enable volte for this simcard for this handphone, but the real live network must able to provide volte. If you see the network icon shown volte, now the simcard is connected wirh volte. Sometimes, volte wont show if wifi is connected, u coild disconnect wifi, and wait a while see whether the volte shown beside the signal icon .

For the following photo below, the first simcard is connected with volte, the second simcard isnt.

Went to maxis center Greentown Ipoh last year to port in celcom prepaid to pantas, the counter girl said can't port in to hotlink prepaid, must port in hotlink postpaid, then I said I saw from the Internet can port in hotlink prepaid and asked her to give me no giliran, the counter girl just gave me the no giliran. after that when was my turn , walked into the relevant counter, that person straight away helped me to port in pantas without any charges.

Before this walked in maxis center ( I think not really center, just official store) inside aoen Ipoh, that girl said can't port in pantas because no more empty simcard for pantas, can only buy the store readily available pantas simcard with number.

That was one year ago.

This plan still exist for those who use it long ago until now? Or have already forced to upgrade to new plan and no more?
