Just found out VIP Pass. These are not available for "Hotlink Pantas" plan?

Oh wow. How to qualify for this pass? Do you guys know the criteria?

If sub to 365 days plan, will you get this VIP plan?
I just curious as I checked my family's plan all also don't have this VIP plan.

from my experience below plans will auto extend validity similar to sialkomdi*ckgi plans
this applies to Hotlink 5G 1.0
1. monthly PANTAS plan (RM25 and RM40) and UL plans (RM35 and RM50)
2. Siswa plans (180 days RM30/30GB)

Do you know for this RM15 discount, is it available every month or there are limited number of redemptions allowed per account?
I'm on the old pantas plan at the moment with 365 validity and 5gb data that's valid for a year, but I foresee an increase in data usage from January onwards so might want to consider the RM35 monthly pass
