Can't login to Hotlink app due to unable to receive OTP. Anyone have the same issue?

EDIT: Ok contacted their CS and issue solved. Apparently I blocked a number that keep spamming sms few days ago, and turn up the sender is from official Maxis After unblock that sender then can receive the OTP.
