Since I`m not a Mac user, I can`t say I know for a fact but some ppl have been telling me that certain critical files don`t even ask u for permission to download and execute. If that`s the case, with the new as-yet-unhackable firmware, wouldn`t it lock the phone again .... especially since Apple is sure to learn about the hacking of its previous firmware.
hi there. There is no short answer for that and if there is one, it won't be do any good just in matters of days. Right now the topic is so hot there are several ppl bricked their iPhone, so my suggestion would be keep on track with the news.
