Max out your pump speed. The radiator fan you can adjust the fan speed curve in your BIOS. My own 360mm AIO i max out both my fan and pump speed. Since the fan im using max out at 1500rpm , its not that noisy anyways. Im using CM H500P Mesh. However my R7 3700X still can spike up to ~60C once a while , running Dota2.

I dont see anything wrong with that. Unless you feel its too noisy. I have 2 Asetek AIO in my rig. 1 for GPU , 1 for CPU. It has been running like this for years.
