When my order got auto cancelled I got the refund back in 30mins along with the used coins. But that is system auto cancel refund. I complain to shopee, no let go all the way.

I have been asked by seller to cancel the order before.. I told them if you sell something with no stock, either you give me something else similar (or different colour) with a discount or just cancel. Seller eventually reluctantly cancelled, and shopee refunded the money within the week.
Lost shipping or missing item refund also about a week. Happened 3 times. One time POS laju lost my package, 2 times missing item from package. One time seller processed the refund, other time shopee did because seller no response.
The only thing is I burn my free shipping and cashback voucher. Don't get those back which I think should be, especially if buy shopping pass.
