It’s nice to have choice isn’t it. In Malaysia, just earn more and you can get a decent landed likely with some convenience compromises.

But building design is getting better, quite a fan of current semi-D or bungalow type unit designs which give you more ventilation/light and minimal shared walls.

There’s a lot of people who aren’t house proud or suited to landed homes. It’s an eye sore to have weed filled gardens or something that’s been entirely concreted over. Most millennials don’t cook let alone garden.

Hi could you share some examples for the bungalow/semi d design type condos please? Not sure if I understood correctly

Semi D design means 2 units share one wall. Refer to Sunway Belfield. There are quite a few others like this now with voids seperating units.

Bungalow design means no shared walls among the units. See Allevia MK. More of a premium design and pricing.
