Ya, the good thing compare to Ruwawip is lock 5 years compare to 10 years. But the bad thing is RSKU/KMM even can't rent out in 5 years but Rumawip can rent out to local without time constraints. I am not sure RSKU/KMM can rent out or not after 5 years... |
