I think regardless of whether Sancho goes or not, Dortmund will still sell Haaland. Else next year they will not make as much money as selling him this year.
Perhaps if they made their money from selling Haaland (before agreeing to sell Sancho to whoever), they might not want to sell Sancho (else they lose two of their main attacking players in one window).

I hope we can get all our transfer business done ASAP so that Tuchel can start planning our global domination.
If EPL winners, Man City is upgrading their squad with Kane, we definitely need a BEAST up front as well.
