I think January deal might be possible for him. To lower down a bit his asking price. But he might hated it to change in mid season due to he would already represent UCL under Dortmund....

The weird case for Tammy is even when he performs last 2-3 season, theres no big club interested to sign him. No RM, barca, psg, man city shown keen interest on him. Heck even mediocre club like aston villa and even west ham show mild interest but they even jibe by saying £40mil for tammy is expensive and not worth it. Bad luck for tammy i guess.
