Not confirm yet....waiting for psg to bid then chelsea will match it plus offer player......only thing is psg can beat chelsea is the wages they can offer huges wages like 300k+, 500k+ but the deal depends on inter milan cause if both bids are the same its down to hakimi to choose.

Chelsea offer too good for inter milan to turn down I think cause we offer more money plus a player or 2 player like emerson, alonso, or zappacosta in the deal.
Inter Milan save time and money from searching for player's to buy to replace hakimi.

Example: PSG offer 70mil for Hakimi and Chelsea offer 70mil + 1/2 player for Hakimi you think which one Inter Milan will pick ?
Plus Chelsea still can bid higher if they want another 10mil make it 80mil + 1/2 player for Hakimi you think PSG can cope ?

Inter Milan owns money to Real Madrid for Hakimi 20mil left to pay off and own money to Man Utd for Lukaku for 40mil left to pay off.
